The packaging of this 2 shades cheese can be either in log form or grated cheese. Its originality: two flavours in the same product, two colors on one single cheese. The BIGUSTO allows all innovations in food industry applications. It will satisfy the creativity of marketing services and R&D. It is dedicated to the elaboration of pizzas, hamburgers, paninis, croque-monsieurs, sandwiches, cordons bleus.

The supply of liquid ingredients (clean label solution available) is by container and allows a precise automatic dosing without dust.
