What is the CFIA?

The CFIA is back at the Parc des Expo Rennes Aéroport, its historic stronghold, and will meet you on September 29, 30 and October 1. After this particular period, this reunion will be exceptional, placed under the sign of emotion, friendliness and forward-looking.

Since its first edition in 1997, the love around the Meeting place for all the furniture for the food industry, has never wavered. The upcoming 24th edition already promises to be unforgettable, in many ways.
From the context, as you are aware, but also by its program: the show's offer has indeed been enriched and adapted to the new challenges of the sector. The Food Factory of the future, an important event at the show, will be adapted with the news related to COVID-19 and the health recommendations that must be implemented in the factories. We will have the chance to meet two personalities at the show, they will have a free reign to deliver their expertise through two exiting interventions: Serge Papin, former CEO of System U for almost 15 years, and recognized economist Elie Cohen.

During the unprecedented period that we have just gone through, the food industry, the leading French industrial sector, has not stopped. We are therefore proud and happy to support this momentum by organizing in September the annual meeting of the profession, at the heart of the first European food region. After the period that we have all known, the actors of the sector express the desire to see each other, to share their experiences, to define the world after... And that is the soul of the CFIA!

Year after year, this event has turned into a real business generator,making it possible to find solutions for the future on many levels. This commitment will be more relevant than ever during this 2020 edition. Let us continue to write this beautiful story together.
